Nice, cute place

The hotel is cute and quite clean. I had an issue with double payment, and they kept following up on the issue even a while after our stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful (as all the people in the Philippines).

The issue with the payment. Booking.com first charged me for the room (with a small discount for pre-paying online), and the property didn't have that information. So, I had to pay again there, while they said they will follow up. After a while and many messages to booking.com, I think I will get a refund. My comment here is really to have a better communication system with booking.com.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful - they made sure to inform us the actual tricycle fare so that we wont get cheated and even arranged airport transfer for free. The place is extremely clean and the decor is beautiful.

There wasn't any kettle and mugs/cups in my room, not sure if this is just my room or what. Anyhow, it's just an extremely minor setback, doesn't really matter to be honest since I could've just asked for it if I really needed it.

Perfect hotel in terms of price / quality. Responsive staff. Quiet and calm. Comfortable sleeping, TV with many channels. Massage facilities in the unit, as well as the adjacent building, include a massage salon, night bar. Next to many cafes. The hotel offers a pick-up service.

Perfect place to relax and unwind.

Cozy and big room. Very peaceful and very colorful. I really love the vintage taste of the environment. They also provide free transport to the airport.

The internet was very slow. Couldn't connect most of the time.

Close to the airport. Colorful concept. Not expensive. Okay breakfast, some choices.

Almost no water coming out of the shower and sink. Water needs a view hours to get pre heated. Very hard beds. Noisy and bad airco.

Little Bargain

Reception staff were always happy and willing to assist when required. Breakfast had multiple options, although minimal the room itself isn’t expensive so can’t expect overly extravagant meal. Also an airport service available.

Area itself wasn’t horrible but definitely better locations out there. Only provide a sheet as the blanket, no additional options in the room.

Locations is a bit of hand so be prepared to either hail tricycles or rent scooter...

Second Home in Puerto Princesa

The rooms were very spacious, well-designed, cozy, spotlessly clean, and the shower was just the right temperature. It really felt like a second home. Staff (especially Ms. Irene and Tessie) were very courteous, helpful, and were quick to assist us with our requests. We also liked the massage service that we availed, it was very relaxing after a tiring tour around Puerto Princesa. The restaurant is quaint, and the food was great. The hotel is actually very near other restaurants so you can just walk around and try them out if you want other options.
